Ian Higgins is a Managing Partner of Congressional Insurance Associates and brings over 10 years of insurance experience and 20 years of customer service history to the company. As a principal agent, he helps with many of the day-to-day operations of the company as well as interacting with individuals and businesses about their insurance. He is a strong believer in continuing education and self-improvement and has received professional life insurance designations, including LUTCF.

Ian grew up in the capital region and currently calls Adamstown home. He is active in his community and has served as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in the metropolitan area. He is also a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and Frederick County Animal Control, assisting in adoptions for animals in need.
