Lucia Amaya is one of our Customer Service Specialists. She has over 15 years of customer service experience and began her career in the insurance industry in 2007. Lucia assists with the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that quality and service exceed our customer’s expectations. She is motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to Congressional Insurance Associates' success.

 

Lucia lives in Montgomery County where she was raised. She is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband, newborn son, and their two dogs.
