Vivian Arancibia is one of our Customer Service Specialists. She brings nearly ten years of customer service experience to Congressional Insurance Associates. Vivian assists with the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that we provide a superior insurance experience to our new and existing policyholders and business partners. She is motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to Congressional Insurance Associates' success.

 

Vivian was born and raised in Montgomery County and now resides in Frederick County.  She is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her niece. She received her masters in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College in 2018. She was the first member of her family to get this prestigious degree. In her free time, she loves to do her own nails, read a good old Nicholas Sparks book, and go thrifting.
